Project Management Applied Tools and Techniques

Designed for new project leaders and project team members, this course will teach you the secret of their success. Discover the powerful tools and techniques for managing the complete project life cycle; from initial project proposal and definition, through project implementation and finally to the often neglected project completion phase.

  • define your project scope and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

NOTE: The curriculum is compatible with the project management industry standard set by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Waterloo partners with a project management training provider to provide courses that qualify for PMP Professional Development Units (PDUs). You will receive a course binder that parallels the course content and serves as an excellent project management resource tool.

May be applied toward the Project Management Certificate.
