Customer Service Certificate - Online

Customer Service is critical to survival in today's economy. In this certificate you'll learn how to understand yourself, your team, and your customers. Learn how to develop successful relationships with others, while mastering techniques to achieve your goals and avoid many types of mistakes. Everything you learn can be used to "Wow" your customers and convert them into long term assets.

Requirements:
Complete the following courses:

Courses are not eligible to be used for more than one certificate; Effective Selling can be used for either the Customer Service Certificate or the Sales and Marketing Fundamentals Certificate but not both.

Note – All courses must be taken through Professional Development at the University of Waterloo in order to be eligible for the certificate from Professional Development.

When completed
